Based on an analysis of regional labor market information, the following list of occupations has been determined to be "in-demand" within the East Texas workforce area. A Demand Occupation has a large number of expected openings and meets other criteria set forth by the local workforce board. Such criteria might include, but not be limited to: local industry trends and characteristics, wages, likely career progressions, education and training requirements.
